Jumbo bags handling tips:
a.Filling
- Do not twist lifting loops, keep them vertical.
- Fill under slight tension by keeping the base suspended 6 cms above the base support plate.
- It is essential to use a base plate when filling with outlet spouts and or liners.
- The bottom spout must be secure before the filling operations begin.
- It is essential to inflate polythene liners before filling the material Liners should project about 15 cms above the bag for ease of tying or cuffing.
- Before closing the top end ( spout) ensure to allow time for material to settle down for proper stability of bag.
- Swan neck fashion is ideal for tying spout and the liner
